FAQ's
❓ Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all. There’s no fitness level or experience required. Move at your own pace, take breaks, and just do what feels good. We modify everything so it works for you.
❓ I’ve never done dance fitness before, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. No fancy choreography. No pressure. Just easy-to-follow movement, good music, and feel-good energy.
❓ What should I wear or bring?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable moving in. Bring water, a towel, and supportive trainers. That’s it. No fancy activewear required.
❓ I’m nervous, is that normal?
Totally. Trying something new always feels a bit scary. But once the lights go down and the music starts, you’ll forget all about it.
